Welcome to Ameer Taxi! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ameer Taxi mobile application ("App") and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

By using the Ameer Taxi App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Ameer Taxi provides a platform that connects passengers ("Passengers") with drivers ("Drivers") for the purpose of arranging taxi services. The Service includes:

• Facilitating ride requests and bookings.
• Providing real-time location tracking for Drivers and Passengers.
• Processing payments through third-party providers (e.g., Zain Cash) or Ameer Taxi gift cards.

Ameer Taxi acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions or conduct of Drivers or Passengers.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

When you book a ride through the App, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate pick-up and drop-off locations.
• You may cancel a ride request, but repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on your account.
• Drivers may cancel a ride request at their discretion.

Payments for rides are processed through the following methods:

• Zain Cash: A third-party payment provider. Your payment information is processed by Zain Cash in accordance with their terms and privacy policy.
• Ameer Taxi Gift Cards: Local gift cards issued by Ameer Taxi. These cards are used to pay for rides, and we only collect information necessary to validate and process transactions.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for rides booked through the App. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Treat Drivers and other users with respect and courtesy.
• Not engage in any behavior that may disrupt or interfere with the Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are a Driver, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your vehicle and driving credentials.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Treat Passengers with respect and professionalism.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations.

Ameer Taxi is not liable for any damages or losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any interactions between Drivers and Passengers.
• Third-party services, including Zain Cash or other payment providers.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ameer Taxi harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iraq. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Iraq.
